cart turns over but will not start. replaced coil & plug, still no spark

what year? it besides the coil it has a rpm limitor and a ignitor if its a 92 thur early 96 good chance its either rpm limitor or ignitor........but need the year to get started................................

99 the ignitor is built into the coil so if you changed coil you changed ignitor as well..........did you get a new plug wire with coil? i have seen the wire go bad and have seen coils bad right out of the box......but your rpm limitor is mounted down below the carb not hard to get to or change if needed..................

shadowman you are a great help. disconnected the rpm limiter, it started & ran. i'm inthe process removing the limiter. let you know what happens
