yeah, i've had issues with it not charging the battery which i think i have narrowed down to the voltage regulator(which i changed yesterday).....the not starting issue is a recent bonus!

That was me and jiminpa was helping. If you jumped the solenoid and got nothing, and jumped A1 and A2 from battery to the generator/starter then you are probably looking at a new generator.

With your earlier post that moving the generator belt just a little then gave you a partial start, that was a good thing. The electrical system to the generator is probably A-OK now that you changed the VR so you get charge when it is running.
