Default Leaf springs taper inward towards rear??

Something doesn't seem quite right 90 CC gas.
Upon assemably of rear I notice the front spring eyes are farther apart than the rear, I figured the shackles being offset would compensate, well it turns out the offset is what pulls the springs closer at the rear, if I position the springs totally paralelle they fall outside of the spring perches.
I have then actually bolted in now but it just seems weird that they taper inewards at the rear, it's putting crooked stress on the rubber isolator eye inserts. I'm thinking it could have the wrong axle although the axle is a CC. Anyone have similar situation? Thanks.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to ya.
Here's a couple pics of what I'm looking at.
The first pic shows the spring come in towards the rear.
Center to center width of the springs is 26" in front and 24" in rear for a 2" difference.
The front mounts are exactly centered below the frame rail but the rear shackles kick the spring inwards 2"
If the rear shackles were straight and not offset then the springs would lay even with the frame but it puts them half a spring width off the perches. I just don't get it, maybe I'm just obsessing over noting. Thanks for replying.
