Charging issue
I have an AA02 cart I just bought. It has 1 month old batteries in it. I know the previous owners did not "break in" properly. They were nearly drained when I got the cart home. Upon plugging up the charger, it jumped to 20 amps and very slowly came down to about 16 or so where it stayed for several hours. The charger got very hot and the batteries were all boiling but the amps needle never dropped below 15. What r the possible problems? Thanks
