Ok I bypassed it and got 56.5 volts out of the plug still showing 0 amps though

0 amps and your not plugged in to anything correct if so that's a good thing
unplug the charger, ohm meter set to R1 we will check the diodes, unplug leads on diodes, red lead on diode 1 then on diode 2 black lead on heat sink wire get readings, then reverse leads red on heat sink and black on diodes one at a time post all readings. Then do the same thing using R100 |

ok the .422 bothers me, you used the diode checker on your meter didn't you not ohms R1. if so there good.
In any case do a OBC reset and pray.........alot!!! |

Yea I did the diode check and I've did the reset several times heck my buzzer ges off after like 2 seconds when they say within 30 seconds

well it looks like OBC
one more thing is meter on backside of charge receptacle note voltage plug in charger note voltage, then meter on battery pack and note voltage then plug in charger note voltage . I think we will see the 56 volts at the charge receptacle and pack voltage at the battery pack with charger plugged in, this is pointing to the black wire not being controlled by the OBC. |
