Couple of Battery Load Test Questions
I have a battery going bad and just bought a Super Start model BT104 135 amp load tester.
1. do I need to disconnect each battery to test? 2. any trick to reading the scale since it is 6 or 12 volt? My cart = 2000 CC DS 48 volt 2007 Trojans 8v thanks in advance |

Re: Couple of Battery Load Test Questions
you can leave them connected as to the scale i think the meter still has #,s right like from left to right 12 volt 8 volt 6 volt?? if so and you do a load test if it drops to 7 volt or lower for sure its a concern you can also load test with a digital volt meter just tape leads to proper terminals and watch the drop as you hit pedal and drive.....might get a better reading if you try going uphill or bump it up against a tree or wall or something........................
