Ok with that info I am beginning to think that the problem may be somewhere else besides your V-Glide. Therefore, not sure if changing it to a PB6 would fix your problem either. Like some of the others said, I also have never seen an OBC fail in this way. By the way, is this 98 cart a regen cart?

T-DAWG Yes, it is a 98 regen with Alltrax and solonoid. Did the same thing before I changed to Alltrax.

I am starting to think that your problem may have something to do with your Dynamic Braking solenoid or your speed sensor. If you would like, I can send you something in a PDF that has detailed test procedures for your cart including the speed sensor and Braking solenoid. These test procedures might already be posted in the stickys on this site.

T-DAWG, Thank you, please send the test.Only one solonoid, did away with the braking solonoid with the alltrax and the speed sensor. It jerked with the stock controler and the brake system hooked up and speed sensor.

Have you disconnected pin #4 just to be sure it is running 100% power in reverse?

Can you try another motor?

I think your problem is in the rotary switch or the motor.

Ok well there goes that theory about the speed sensor or the other solenoid. Sent you a PM for your email address.

Like Scotty said, it would be cool if you could try another motor. Scotty, what did you mean by rotary switch?

Is pin 4 the white wire? It is going as fast in reverse as forward. I had the armatur and the whole motor checked by a motor rebuilder and he said that the motor was ok.What are you referring to as the rotary switch?

How have you tested the F&R switch?
The controller can be run in diagnostic mode, have you done that?
