Jerking in Reverse
I have a 2007 Par Car and in the morning when backing out of the garage it jerks. Sometimes jerking is mild and other times it is severe. Once it is in forward it is ok. This only seems to happens in the morning or if the car has been sitting for hours.

Re: Jerking in Reverse
This could be caused by brushes in the motor, an accelerator device, or the controller.

Re: Jerking in Reverse
Since it only happens first thing in the morning, which one do you think it might likely be? The cart runs fine the rest of the day.

Re: Jerking in Reverse
my first guess, sticky brushes. Pull motor apart and clean them. It's the cheapest no cost way.
