Default Yamaha Drive Fault Codes

Does anyone happen to know where I could find a list of the fault codes for the
Yamaha Drive? I need the documentation that details fault code 66 : field short

Thanks

We (a yamaha dealer) dont even have a good list. Some errors are also called "undescribed error", which to me means "we are not gonna tell you". When i did factory traning, they just said "if you get a field error, check out the field circuit and motor", not much help, i coulda' guessed that without training class.

This is the extent of the coverage in the factory service manual.

I've read controllers with multiple #66 feild short circuit trips. If the car is still running, I would say a "load" while driving was to much for the amperage rating of the Moric controller. If the car doesn't run, I'd say motor (you can sometimes smell a over heated motor-it stinks! ,or controller.

I have also seen multiple codes that seem un-related be caused by low battery voltage. Not saying low voltage is or is not your problem, just saying "dont bet the farm" on those code numbers.
