Default 1987 sun classic burnt smell

I have a 1987 sun classic and I can smell something hot. The batteries are fully charged but the cart won't move. Any suggestions?

Remove the black weather cover from the f&r relays, inspect the contact points where the cables bolt on. They should be nice copper color, not the color of straw. If the smell gets worse when cover is removed, one of the relays is bad.
