Rain let up. Took readings per Sergio instructions. With pedal up, .01, with pedal down 4.32. Pack voltage after charging last night and charger shutting itself off (DPI charger), at rest 51.0. Floor the petal, drops to 45 V then climbs to 47.2 V at wide open cruise. After 15 minute driving, batteries resting at 50.8v. Batteries are 3 month old Trojan 875's.
Is this acceptable readings? |

I was pretty close on my assumption for the WOT voltage, 4.32v it may not be enough for 100% speed.
Look at that link I posted and put a zip tie on the throttle linkage as shown, You are probably not getting the MCOR "turned" far enough to get the correct signal for 100% speed. |

Did the zip tie today. No increase in speed. Did not take a reading with meter.
My tires are Fox brand with an aggressive tread. With this tire and loose dirt trails may be keeping my speeds down. Thinking about calling EMP for their switchable motor rebuild. I had that motor in my old ezgo and it ran great. |

It could be, but the Curtis controller needs at least 4.6v to go to 100% speed.
I don't know how much voltage the GE controller needs for 100%, I was assuming about the same. |
