03 club car wont move
I have a 03 club car 48v that while driving it just stopped. I have tested the batteries batteries have 50.49v. I have no clicking from solenoid, I only had 2v at positive small terminal, replaced key, testing the solenoid for continuity I only get a beep not a continuous sound, so replaced solenoid that did not have a diode on the small terminals. Tested both solenoids on the table and had the same readings, so I put the old solenoid back on and now I only have 2v on the large legs of solenoid. I can remove the resistor and get full battery voltage on large legs. Need help. Thank you
Now the cart moves but still do not get full battery voltage on the large legs of solenoid. How does this happen. |

Re: 03 club car wont move
Are you measuring voltage across the larger terminals? Or between each terminal and pack - (or controller B-)? Does it change key on / key off? Pedal pushed or not?

Re: 03 club car wont move
Measuring across each large terminal. I had my meter ground on neg post on #6 battery negative, testing voltage with key on and pedal pressed and all of a sudden it went to working. Kinda spooked me lol.
