Default Replaced mcor 4 but now having new problems

I just replaced my mcor4 because my cart was cutting off intermittently. When I first installed it it ran great for a few miles. I then fully charged it and went to go for a second run and the cart shutters and barely moves. Any ideas?

Then it should be a good one. Think the motor brushes are going out?

It’s an after market China made mcor if that makes any difference. Didn’t know this wasn’t a direct OEM replacement till I started searching after this problem.

Cart has an intermittent problem? Was it cutting out ? Stopping intermittently?

Ran good with the new MCOR. Sounds like a good MCOR

Then next ride back to it's tricks, now stutters and barely moves?

Maybe a bad battery or bad high amperage connection at the motor or controller? Can you give the battery voltage at rest then the battery voltage when you try to go and the carts shudders?

Not back to its “tricks”, it never did this. It was running good when I first installed the new mcor but then charged and tried to run a few hours later and experienced a shutter and basically no movement. Prior to replacing the mcor the cart would intermittently shut down. I would repeatedly turn on/off to get going again.

Batteries are fairly new (9 months). Voltage reads 53v (no tenths on my meter but this is what it’s always read).

Put old mcor back in to rule that out and still have the same shuttering and no movement. Any ideas?

Make sure the S1 or S2 Controller spade connectors did not come loose.
