Series motor is a different animal all together. What voltage are you running, 36?

Do you know which one? The list on their website shows top speed of 24 mph.

I have 24mph rated motor on 36v. My 22s get me to almost 30. If it were 48v I’d be way too fast!

Oh, exactly. This is what I sent him back last night and his response right back to me. (Info edited of course...)

I have used both the Executioner and an AMD 7144 on my cart.

The Executioner max speed with my setup was 35 mph on the flat. Good torque.

The AMD 7144 max speed was 38 mph on the flat. Also good torque. Same controller and same settings.

I currently have the AMD 7144 installed and have been using it for 3+ years.

Both are good motors. The AMD is somewhat cheaper. Also, the AMD does not come with a "Speed Magnet". Not a problem for me since I programmed my controller myself.

And we have 2 carts here with Executioners. One is a Precedent with an XCT400 and 22" tires runs 34 mph all day long with room to spare and the other is a DS-IQ with a XCT500 and 23" tires and runs 35 mph (would go faster but we turned it down.... )

You FAR outrun your brake capabilities at these speeds.....

I am running 48v new Trojans. I’ll grab the DND motor from my storage unit later this week

That's why I installed disc brakes. Two emergency stops were enough to convince me.
