Default Squealing sound after installing double-arm lift kit

Hi, I need some advise. I just finished installing a 4" Jake's double arm lift kit on a 2016 Club Car Precedent and I'm experienced some weird sounds coming from the front end that I did not have with the previous lift kit (3" Jakes Spindle). The sounds is a squealing sound when I turn in either direction. Also some clonking sounds at times. Yes, I have checked and double checked that everything is nice and tight. Any advise???

Did you use any air or impact tools during assembly? Try jacking it up and turn the wheels with your hands and see if you can tell where the noise is coming from.

Ok.... after hours of trouble shooting, I finally found a squeaking noise. The squeaking noise is coming from ALL heims. I will sprayed some lubricant and see if that helps if not I'm calling Jake's customer service .

I did not use any air or impact like most tutorial videos suggest. I did lift the cart up during camber adjustments and all wheels spin freely without noises.

I've had the Jakes 6" lift on my cart for about two years. The squeak is for sure your Heim Joints. Don't waste your time with any spray on lubes or dry silicon stuff. Chain saw "chain oil" or a motorcycle chain lube is the answer.

I applied chain saw chain oil with just a Q-tip....swabbing both the top and bottom of each Heim. The squeak is gone. I will assume I will need to re-apply.....but after three weeks it's still nice 'n quiet.
