New cart - unsure if battery or charger issue

Walter brings up a good point. Everyone should have a SOC chart for reference. Print it out and laminate it. Then staple it to the bottom of your seat so you will always have it handy when servicing you pack.

Following up on this.

Found myself getting batteries lower and lower on a full charge - I'm talking 7.6-ish per.

Flashed the computer yet again today and ensured it connections were as tight as possible and all water was exactly where it needed to be. Ran the cart for a speed test to make sure it wasn't a chip issue- still running about 17 MPH wide open on flat with two adults. But, the charge is gone within a mile ride at most. I'm almost giving up, and I get it home to charge, and somehow/someway, the cart is now charging for hour upon hour. At least 3x the typical charge time. Wondering if I assed my way into fixing the issue. As soon as it finishes I'm going to check voltage again, but just based on the charging time, I'm expecting better things.....for now.
