Default Worn out new tires in ONE WEEK!!??

I have a 2011 Club Precedent with a 6" lift on it. We are going through AT tires literally every 3 months or less. The place I bought it from keeps saying that it is because we are riding on the street mostly.

I just bought new street tires (Excel Classic DOT 22x11x10). We thought this would be better. In literally three days (Only probably 20 minutes of drive time) the front passenger tire was already bald and the drivers side was visibly worn. I checked the tire pressure and they were in the recommended amount. I lifted it and checked the bushings, and they seemed okay to me (although that isn't saying much. I am very inexperienced at this) I measured the tires and adjusted what I felt was correcting any toe and camber issues (again, I don't have a lot of experience with this).

While I was adjusting the toe I noticed that the right side of the steering assembly is significantly bent (which is the side where the tire is worn). I new there was an issue but I told my son that he could drive it to the school and back for football workouts, which is about a mile, and the right tire blew on the way home. The tire is one week old.

1. I clearly need to replace the steering assembly. I am wondering if this could this cause this much damage? What else should I be looking at? I need help! CLEARLY!!

Looks like you have found the problem. It also looks to be toed way out.

Either buy the parts and replace them or take it somewhere. Can't keep using it like that.

One week? Wow!

That looks like a spindle lift? I'd dump the entire set up for an All-Sports Full A-Arm front end...

Yep - the alignment is way out along with whatever you noticed that is bent

What kind of "place" did you buy this from that could not see this sort of damage? Are you sure your kid or somebody else did not hit something?

If the new tire was bald in 20 minutes why did you keep driving? It must drive horrible.

I definitely think something was hit. I put the new tires on and went to work the next day. He rode it to pick up a friend and then to the school and then took his friend home and came home and this was what happened. I would never have thought new tires would wear out that fast.

With as far out of alignment as that front end is, its gonna eat tires in no time. ANY machine with tires, golf cart, car, truck, lawn tractor, etc., is going to absolutely destroy tires with the alignment being out that far.
It's practically dragging them sideways down the road.

That looks like a cheapo chinese spindle lift, and there's really no "adjustment" on those. They're also very easily damaged even in a minor impact (a pothole could bend those spindles) If you want it keep it lifted, you'll need to get a double A arm lift that you can actually properly set the camber and toe angles.

I just went to install a Steeleng "chinese" double A Arm lift and it was complete garbage. Took it off immediately and submitted the RMA and ordered the All Sports version from David over at Revolution.

The Chinese stuff is complete garbage, glad I was able to return mine.

I didn't install this lift. It is the only thing I have not done myself to the cart. Can you recommend what I need to replace it with? I am installing a new steering kit and tie rods tomorrow.
