Re: ez nogo
Is it a dcs or series? I can’t tell from the picture.

Re: ez nogo
This link has a wiring diagram.
https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/atta...4&d=1515953218 According to it, the orange goes from the controller to the micro switch in the f/r unit. The only blue I see does not go to the solenoid. Unless it was a replacement wire at some point that wasn't replaced with the correct color? The blue wire goes from the other micro switch on the f/r unit to the the key switch. Edit: Could be this schematic ( https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/atta...5&d=1515953218 ), but I still only see the blue going from f/r unit to key switch... |

Re: ez nogo
The orange should connect to one of the small switches spade terminal on the reverse contactor. I am not sure about your blue wire.... There should be two micro switches on the f/r contactor. two of the spade terminals (one on each switch) should have pack positive voltage. The other should be an orange on one spade that goes to the controller. and there should be a blue on the 4th spade terminal going to the key switch. This is how it appears on the wiring diagram.
I don't see a blue on the solenoid at all. |

Re: ez nogo
Maybe someone bypassed the microswitches by moving the blue wire to the solenoid? Not sure.

Yeah they came off the micro switches from the old F & R switch but now I dont have that so should the orange go to pack coltags??

Re: ez nogo
No. It should go to the micro switch. Which will only go to pack voltage when the f/r closes the micro switch.

The new contactor does not have micro switches sooo where should I hook it up this is what I put on instead of the original f & r switch
