Default Crank case

Hello. New with the brake down with a golf cart. I have a 1990 ezgo marathon gx4444 2 cycle.

I had to removed the jug to get to the gasket due to a blown gasket. I have noticed that the crank case had just a spit on oil in the case.
I know from a car there is oil that is cover the crank rod. Do I need to add oil and how much?

if there is no oil in crank case, what lubes the crank bearing? wouldn't cause problems?

thanks. like i said before, i work on cars not golf carts. but i have torn down other 2 cycle engines that wasn't gas and oil mix before. no that I have the piston and jug off cleaned, I need to what size I should bore out the .25mm oversize piston. If i have measured it right the jug is 2.281mm. Any Idea?

Piston to bore clearance >.0023 TO .0036 in.
Ring end gap .008 TO .016 in. I'd go .010/.012

I would buy the piston first then bore to the clarence listed above measure the cylinder first to see how much wear first from top to bottom and at 90 degrees on each level for out of round

Hello. Sorry for the delay. The guy from the machine shop asked me for the standard bore size. Does any one knows?
