Default RXV Jerks when first step on gas

Hey guys. I have a 2017 48V RXV that has been having some issues when I first step on the gas. There is pretty big jerk forward. It almost feels like their is a delay from the automatic brake releasing when initially stepping on the gas. It also feels like there is a delay in braking when I first step on the brake. Any guidance or help would be much appreciated.

You should wait until the cart has finished the self test already... this is a normal procedure!
