I got my 2010 RXV controller looked at today. They increased the speed to 17.5mph. With 23" tires I'm going about as fast as I want for this lifted cart. GPS put me at 21.5~22.5 on varying degree of flat road. Up a sizable grade I still held 19mph however I didn't measure distance to ascertain grade, but it was a 77ft change in altitude.
