I'll have to admit it took me a while to figure out the subtle differences, so just sit in the corner with something cool to drink for a few minutes.

I'm glad to learn this "minor" difference on the early PDS model (Vs the DCS, which i have seen plenty of). I work at a Ezgo & Yamaha dealer (8 yr. yamaha, 5 yr. ezgo, they were ezgo only before they bought us, glad to have the experience of both) and have yet to ever see one of these "early PDS" models. (granted, i was not there when those were new). The number one "mod" to the Dcs/pds system was to convert it to a "series" system with a GE 6.1 motor with switching contactor & 42 or more volts (many had this done when new, i still have a few "new" pds controllers... Not for sale, i cant sell here, plus i need them now). Not saying you should automatically do the same swap either. Just saying i'm glad to have seen the mix of everything (like building 800a "Series" Drives, total fun). All im saying is i still learn bits & pieces of stuff here all the time. Ok, back to the topic. What was it? (I really enjoy this job most of the time, but, this rant is over)
