The 14.92:1 gears from a Workhorse might fit, if you can find a set.

Stock controller + oversize tires = controller failure, so you will be replacing the controller soon.

A stock DCS motor fed by a DCX or XCT controller has quite a bit of torque at 36V, but with tall tires, you'll probably need to go to 42V to haul two people and chainsaws off road on hills.

What is the tire height?
What is the max inflation pressure stamped on the tire's sidewall?

So what do you call oversized tires?

So what you're telling me is all the newbies that come onto this site and see the pictures of the pretty carts with lifts and big tires and get excited are in for a $500+ surprise after they're done posting there first build thread and start using their eye candy cart?

If they don't do their due diligence, then yes, they are in for a surprise. It's not uncommon for SOME "dealers" to sell lifted carts without proper upgrades. See it all the time.

If they listened to the Only source of information, who had Nothing but their best interest in mind (the salesman), and did no research of their own, then yes they might be in for a little sting when they discover the cart isnt all they thought it would be.

Lots of people are surprised to learn a golf cart is not going to haul their selves, their buddies, their cooler, their feeder, their jet ski, their wife & kids, their deer, their pig, their tree stand, on their big tires up a mountain... after a lift kit, a steering wheel, a rear seat, a set of 23s, & 2 coats of red paint. But it only makes sense.
