I picked up this mechanical rivet gun on Amazon for about $20. It works great and handles the big 1/4" rivets no problem.

If anyone comes across this thread in a search, EZGO has a great video for removing and reinstalling the body:

Also the rivet kit from EZGO is great, but it was short a few rivets for me. I needed a few extra of the plastic capped rivets for the charger port, and was one short of the smaller metal rivets to hold the rear body panel to the floorboard.

My rivet gun wouldn't take the largest rivet. I found some rivet washers at lowes to put behind a 3/16" rivet. That worked great without having to find a bigger rivet gun.

So I got the rivet kit. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't include the plastic push rivets that hold the rear bag well in. A lot of mine got wrecked. I saw some at lowes. I hope there the same.

I have used the ones from Lowe's before. They are not exactly the same, but they work pretty good.

Well I got it half put back together and now I see why people get a hydrolic rivet gun. I have two different rivet guns and both of them did not except the biggest rivets. I replaced several rivets with stainless screws/nuts. I got the push fasteners at Lowes. (GM kind) They work perfect for the bag well. I have to go out of state for three weeks, so the cart won't be finished for awhile. I'll get some pics up shortly.
