350/295 head
I have a 1997 workhorse that I just put a new motor in from ct rebuilds. I wonder what the top speed should be for this cart. I have not messed with the governor and have stock tires. I know i have to tweak the linkage a little but I noticed the other day that the the bracket the venor spring sits on rotates. Is this normal or do i need to tighten it down?
