Do you get the reverse buzzer when you place it in reverse? Does it have resistance when you manually push or pull it? (Run/Tow switch must be in Run for this test.
Gotcha. I didn't think the Solenoid would work either if the rocker was bad. Yes I get the buzzer in reverse.

I will do the resistance test and the others a report right back.

Thanks!~

Yes I get the buzzer in reverse.

I tested the resistance as you stated. Nothing.

Tested the Red to Green and Black to White, rear end lifted and no voltage at all.

Bad Controller right?

Yes.... Sorry...

The MCOR past both microswitch and resistance tests, the solenoid test past, but the controller output to the motor did not..... So you have all the inputs, but no output.

Time for an XCT-300 if you are going to stay stock and want the best replacement, but if you are going to go bigger down the road, go ahead and get the XCT-500 and it can be programmed for your stock motor until you upgrade the other stuff.

Contact David Hicks for these https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/a...ct-controllers or scottyb for these http://www.cartsunlimited.net/alltrax-xct-sepex--.html

NO worries. Thanks for the offer!

But this is my neighbors cart and they just use it for tooling around their cabin by the lake. So the stock Curtis 1510-5201 I will try and find used, rebuilt or inexpensive new one.

Thanks a ton for the help!

You may find it used, but a new Curtis will be more than a new Alltrax....

Completely plug&play. And the 300 is capable of 350 amps, is completely use adjustable for speed, torque and many other settings thru the Alltrax Tool Kit and will allow you to troubleshoot future issues via the same program. They also give you an industry best 2 year warranty.

My neighbor just installed an Alltrax in his cart and has the stock Curtis and solenoid. If you want I can ask him for the model number. I think his cart is a 2009.
