Yes it was EZGO way of getting more HP out of those engine. When I went to work for our city golf course in 1996 we had a few of the 3PG's and the rest were 2 PG's.
That was almost 23 years ago so I have forgot most of what I learned on these things. We soon started getting the 9hp Robbins four strokes in and that is what I worked on the most. These older EZGO 2-strokes seem to be still popular. They crank much better when its cold outside, I do remember that. We actually have a few three wheel carts when I first went to work. I know you could roll one in a minute. Our golfers knew all the tricks to make them faster also. |

Luke, I know we are getting off my original post but when your carts quit have you actually checked it to make sure it is firing ? Just asking because I had a problem with one cart I do remember that would just quit.

Did you put crank seals in it when you rebuilt it? I know you probably did. Those little things will fool a person, at least they did me years ago
