Default EZGO TXT battery question

I have 48v 2010 EXGO TXT. I purchased it in December and was told that the batteries were 3 years old. It came with the red US Battery US8VGC. I had to replace one battery when I hooked up a radio incorrectly a few months ago. The place I purchased the new battery sold me the black US Battery US8VGCE and said it should be fine. Everything was find for a few months, but now the batteries won't charge and I'm getting an under voltage fault from the Summit II charger. I'm not sure if there are things I can check or if I should replace the red batteries for new black ones or change them all out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check the date on the batteries to see if anybody was lying.
Check and see if all your battery connections are clean and tight.
Check individual battery voltages because if they're too low they won't charge.
May have another bad battery that won't pass current.

Undervoltage fault and charger not coming on. Common call out for a GC tech. Techs often carry hot chargers to get the pack voltage up a little bit until the OEM charger can 'see' the pack and take over the charge.

You can do something similar with a 12v charger if the cart is 36v 6/6v. Locate the main + and - terminals. These are the only 2 terminals whose cables do not connect to another battery. If you have a voltmeter measure the voltage between these 2 terminals now. They should be a minimum of 28ish volts for the charger to see the pack... maybe a bit less for the Lester Summit.
Find the + one it may be red. The connecting cable will go to the solenoid and there should be a + mark on the battery.
Connect the 12v charge + lead here and follow the same battery - cable to the next battery, and put the - charge lead on the - terminal of that battery number 2. Charge at 12v for 30 minutes then with the 12v charger still running turn the cart charger on. If it starts up, good - remove the 12v charger. If not, move the 12v charger to the next pair for 30 minutes and retry the cart charger (with the 12v still running) and so on. Once 3 rounds of 2 batteries have been charged up like this the charger should come on. if not you have other problems.
1. batteries are completely dead - replace them
2. charger not working or bad connection.

I can't seem to figure out where the date is on these batteries. I may have to remove one completely to look.

All of the red batteries are reading 9.7 - 9.8 volts except for one which is reading 4.77. The new black batter is at 9.9.

I see if I can charge the low one with my car charger.

I think you have another bad battery. Not sure where the date code is on US batteries but maybe someone else can help you out. You have 8 volt batteries and your car charger is 12 volt.

You can use the 12 volt charger - on it's lowest amperage setting & short 15 minutes or so intervals. See what that low battery comes up to. Pretty sure it will still come up bad.

Here's a link for reading the date code on U. S. batteries.

Thanks everyone. Here is an update. I charged the one battery and brought it up to 9.8 volts or so. The battery meter on the cart read 100% but the app for the charger was showing 30%. I drove it around for a few minutes, and checked it with the charger app. It then showed 9%. My neighbor and I switched chargers for a night. Mine worked fine on his cart and his worked fine on my cart. When I got my charger back and checked the batteries with the app, it showed 79%. I used the cart for a little bit to carry sod and then charged it that night with my charger. The next morning it read 100% on the charger app. I did clean up the terminals so maybe that was issue. Water level seemed fine.
