check your batteries one at a time . you will probably find one or more are shot. just had the same problem this weekend. found one battery shot, changed that one everything works fine.

I still haven't finished reading those instructions, may have to finish tomorrow...You have voltage from positive to positive...hum...To start I would check the battery wiring and/or the battery in your volt meter....

I found 1 bad battery, so if i remove 2 batteries can I use a 12v marine battery for a test?

Mixing battery voltage is not a good idea. Also marine batteries are not the same as golf cart batteries. Wouldn't last very long.

As a test, you will be fine. I use 3 12 volt batteries in my 36v sparkys. Wanna know why? Because I am cheap. Although i have never had a NEW cart, just early 2000's and older. I use my cart at the lake and drive around all day on it, no problem. I cant justify spending 600-800 on batteries in a $500 cart. but, again, I am cheap!
