Default Good deal?

I picked up this 98 cc 48v for $1000 today it's very clean with no major scratches or gouges.the battery hold has very little corrosion, seats are in good shape, and it has the utility bed. It was garage kept but the batteries are toast.

Thoughts?

Not a bad deal at all, looks like someone has upgraded it to a newer style seat back.
