Doubletake Sentry dash questions
I’ve seen a bunch of pictures of them already installed, but what I am wondering is what is going on behind it? Does it just cover up the existing dash and trays or does all of that come out before you install the sentry dash?
I’m trying to determine if those 5 ¼ angled custom speaker pods would still fit and work in the cubbies of the Sentry dash? If I have a 36” LED strip along the top inside edge of the stock dash can leave it in place and run it behind the sentry dash? If anyone has some pics feel free to post them. Thanks! |

Oh yea sorry it’s for a 2018 Onward. I’m assuming the precedent one will fit...
Just came across the install PDF. So it looks like it does just cover the OEM dash trays and whatnot. So I’d assume a 36” led strip would still be able to be in place and possibly those pods would fit? Anyone have those pods with this dash kit by chance? Sound ok or is the sentry dash cubby’s smaller? |
