F/R switch change out

I purchased a new F/R switch for 1995 Club car DS do to the old one was bad. Once installed I ONLY HAVE FORWARD motion. Is possible that I have a wire wrong?

its more than possible , its likely ….post some pics of how you have it ….is this a resistor cart or controller ?
