Ok so I have the same issue and followed all the steps to the green wire in the harness behind the dash. Have over 50 volts there. Back story is I put a stretch kit on and have the harness jumpers in. Cart ran fine before.

What’s the next step after the green wire and everything else here tests fine?

both of you should start new threads, rather than tack on the end of a 2 yr old thread
read through some of the troubleshooting threads in the stickies
post up your cart info: make, model, serial and modifications
lastly, explain what you have tested so far
these guys are good, but they can't read minds...

Put the negative lead on the main negative battery terminal and check the following locations with the positive lead of the meter.

2. Grey (Pin 9) - 48V+ with TOW/RUN Switch in RUN

3. Brown (Pin - 48V+ with F&R switch in FORWARD

If you're getting power at all four of these places, the controller is bad. If you're missing power at any of these places, post info here and we'll point you in the right direction.

I’ve been reading his thread, and I’m having the same issue of no functions. I’ve only got 25.5v to the #10 pin. What’s the next step in diagnosing?
