Don't most courses trade them out more often than 14 years?

My previous cart came off of a golf course. I "think" it was about 5 years old when I got it.

Some smaller golf courses are struggling and trying to cut costs any way they can. In some cases they are shooting themselves in the foot by trying to keep worn out equipment running. A local course near here went bankrupt, shut down and everything went to auction. 20 year old EZGO carts, all with body damage, torn seats, oil leaks, etc. I can't imaging a customer willingly paying money to use one of those beaten carts. At the auction they all sold - for WAY too much money. We had gone in hopes of picking up a few to fix & flip, but none of them would have been profitable.
