DPI Accusense Charger Connection Questions

I have read a number of threads about DPI Accusense chargers and OBC bypasses, but cannot find an answer to my questions.

I just got hold of a 48v 2004 Carryall 1 - with typical round charging port. It came with an older looking DPI Accusense charger (see photos). The output cable of the charger did not have a connector, just two ring tongue terminals suggesting the prior owner connected it across the pack. The charger output cable has only two conductors.

I connected one of my other chargers to the charging port and the charger went through the normal cycles, so it appears the OBC works and wiring is intact.

Two questions:

1. Can I add a round connector to the DPI charger using just the two wires and charge through the charging port, leaving cart wiring intact? If yes, I'd then have the flexibility to use regular charger as an alternative.

2. Cart has an aluminum Edmunds cab so I have to run a cable through one of the windows when I charge it. Could I mount the DPI charger on board and leave it permanently connected across the pack?

3. If answer to Q2 is yes, could I still use regular charger through the port (obviously not at same time as using DPI).
