Front wheel wobble

My 03 TXT has a bit of wobble that feels like an up n down motion at some speeds. Tires are good and I adjusted alignment to ~1/4” toe in. While doing this I noticed the driver front wheel doesn’t spin as freely as the pass side, given the same push the driver wheel spins about half or less the # turns compared to the pass side, so it’s binding a bit. I checked for up/down and side/side play and don’t notice anything unusual, maybe the castle nut is too tight. When I drive it, I can see the driver front tire oscillating very slightly from side to side, I don’t see this on pass side. Wondering if the bearings are shot and if this could cause that symptom. Anything else to look for?

I would definitely start with front wheel bearings
Wheel bearings are often overlooked during regular maint.
For the cost just replace both side inner and outer bearings and seals.

FYI and up/down or bounce from wheel when driving points to out of round tire
( cart sat for long time) ,bent rim,ect.
