More than likely you have a bad seal. Does the lube come
out both seals? Probably only the left one if it's an 82.

Take the tires and brake drums off and check and see if there is side to side play in the axles. It seems the axles in the older club cars get worn down causing play and oil leakage. My '85 has play and it leaks oil like crazy.

Yes there is play.I am sure there is substantial wear on axle.
The issue is I use this in campground and brakes get bad after
they are cleaned up and run for a while.
I could get a boat anchor I suppose lol

Yeah I thought so. I'd take the axles and have them machined. I'm pretty sure new axle seals will not fix the oil leakage. The axle just moves around too much for them to seal.

How do you get at the seals to replace them?
