Recently picked up a 2016 EZGO RXV. Been working on it every day. I can see how one can really get into this!
I’m pretty new to all this so been asking a lot of questions and YouTubing. First thing I did was got new wheels and tires. Surprisingly easy install. Wanted to lift but after talking to a couple people decided I didn’t want to risk harming the controller. Pics soon! |

-Rebuilt rear seat wood that was rotted
-Seat covers -Unique Key switch -Finished building switch panel to cover golf ball holder Next step: wire it all up with 5wire 25A voltage reducer, fuse block, under glow I need to make a build thread |

Right where the ball holder void is. Picture attached is before I drilled the holes and mounted switches/gauge (left of key switch)

Converted it from 36v lead/acid to 51v 56Ah RoyPow battery pack.

I lifted my cart 3" and added 20" knobby tires, head and tail lights, stereo, battery monitor, r/v mirror, and love. My wife knows!
