Default Suspension bounce at speed

I have an intermittent "bounce" or lope that I would have guessed was a bent axle or wheel out of round if it was consistent. It is only noticeable on pavement, and does not seem to be consistently happening. Any thoughts? I replaced the rear springs with heavy duty versions last year when I added the rear seat.

The tires often times get flat spots on them when parked for a long time or when it's cold out. Sometimes you can lean over and see the tire while driving have a noticeable hop in it. Usually this works itself out or sometimes not depending on the tire.

You may have one or more tires that are a little out of round. A cart sized tire with over 1/5" run-out can give noticeable hop at 20 mph.

The intermittent bounce might be two (or more) tires that are slightly out of round and when they "phase" together you get more bounce, then as you turn or travel they get out of phase and the bounce goes away for awhile.

If you have the stock 18 inch tire/8 inch rims, they are notoriously "not round".
