93 GXT 804 needs.
Just picked up a 93 GXT 804, after a little work it runs great. Wify has wanted something like this since her Dad got an electric cart. Ours looks just like RUREDY's Scarcrow. Would like to install a top frame and top to keep branches off her head. Is there a place near NC that has salvage carts and parts? Would like to find a place to visit and look for stuff for the cart.

dont know where you'll find a top for it but i'm sure you can find one somewhere. it'll be a marathon top, not so sure if the back supports are the same as the 804 though. I think they're suppose to bolt to the side of the cart to clear the bed instead of the back of the seats |

I had no idea there were so many models and styles of these machines. The 804 bed on ours is in good shape but would like to eventually have it dump. When I saw your pisture, I nearly fell over, ours could be twins.

Re: 93 GXT 804 needs.
I put an actuator on my bed so it's a power dump bed now, they're pretty much set up for that, I mean it has all the mounts there. all you need is the actuator and a reversing momentary switch. Got everything off ebay, cost me around $120 to do it back then. I think you can get actuators from northren now that are a good deal. there's a thread about workhorse bed lift in the tech section that essness did when he made his into a power dump.

Re: 93 GXT 804 needs.
Mine had brackets that bolt onto the lower part of the body below the bed so you can still tilt the bed back, then the front just bolts to the front like every other marathon

When the wx warms up, I will remove the bed and cipher on the thing a little. The referenced info has been helpful and will make the task more fun. Thanks all for the input, will post pitures when I gitter dun:):)
