An alternate way. Using a DPI w/OBC removed.

If you saw the photos at the beginning ,that is the way he mounted the new Alltrax but with spacers because of the OBC.

I mounted my DCX 500 that way with the OBC moved to the battery compartment side of the mounting plate, cut screw off so it is flush with back of plate

OBC protrudes 3/4" from mounting plate into battery caompartment, 48 -12 volt converter mounted on other end protrudes 2" and there is still room between converter and batteries

I finally got this thing back together and took it for a spin. I got to 25 mph in both directions on the same stretch of road. It also has tons of torque. If this controller holds up alltrax hit a home run.

You must have the RPM limit set pretty low, that is only 4600rpm...

You should be able to go at least 5200rpm (29mph) without any problems on the stock motor. I would not go above 5800rpm, but that would be too fast in my opinion anyway.

Good to hear it. We are getting 22 with stock tires so the addition speed you see is due to the larger diameter tires. For the record, what is the serial # of this cart? Thank you

I didn't even look at the RPM settings to be honest. 25 mph is plenty fast.

I'll get that for you when I get home. It's a PH09 serial number but other than that I don't know.

PH = Excel drive system.
I thought that is what you had. This is great news. There truly is one control for both IQ and Excel that will in crease torque and speed. Thanks for your review.
