I know I've seen guys installing G16 front cowls. I'm sure there would be some mods required. I'm building my own front end.

Guy's.....Do know the look you want? Just see it in your minds eye, strip the body parts off and fab frame work to mount the body parts. I know YOU can do it. Heck I once put Harley DE40 front and rear bodies on a G16-A. Yes there was some body work involved also, but...... Later Dave

Sorry so long getting back. I do not have any pics of the front fender, but I can say that I lifted the front 6.75" and moved forward 2". The rear was lifted around 6.25". I have 22-10-10 tires and had to trim a small amount from the rocker. I got lucky on the result, as I am very pleased. Next will be seeing what I can get from the engine without affecting low speed cruising. Thanks everyone!

Ok well I am getting all my ducks in a row for this G1 build, I have a spare parts cart I just purchased and gonna start doing some swapping and building. I will have plenty of pictures to post soon. I am thinking about going with a 6" lift with 22's. I was told that will create a taller gearing which makes sense, I am not overly worried about top speed which I will gain but does it make these carts gutless down low with these tires to do they still pull themselves just fine? Also any hints on where to go to get nice tire and wheel set ups for cheap.

Welcome to the forum. I have a Harley and am looking for a G1 to build. I like the 2 cycles for they are somewhat easier to work on. I have also built a few G9's. PM me if you need any service manual's.
