Make Powerwise Charger internal
I was wondering if anyone out there has made their stock Powerwise Charger an internal charger.
I have a stock 2012 RXV (48v). I was wondering if there was any to mount the charger under the seat, and hardwire the wires that go from the plug on the charger side to the wires of the cart receptacle also under the seat. also mount a cord drop under there as well and have the cord come out of the hole that receptacle was mounted in. |

Re: Make Powerwise Charger internal
Sure you can but I'm not sure that will not hasten the demise of the reputably questionable QE charger. (not designed for vibration and heat of on board life.)

Re: Make Powerwise Charger internal
Nope... The Qe charger will not reset to do a new normal charge cycle if the DC cord is never disconnected. (assuming it finished its last charge cycle successfully).
