Default 2006 48V CC DS will not run.

I have a 2006 DS 48V and have replaced just about everything. Computer, Controller, MCOR, solenoid. Key switch, forward/reverse switch and Tow/Run switches check out good.

It charges fine. In RUN with ignition on, in reverse the buzzer sounds, but the solenoid does not close. Same in Forward.

At a loss...anyone have any ideas. IS there something I need to reset?

Thanks,

Ken

Have you tested the inputs at the 2 small post/tabs of the solenoid?

Yes..no voltage to the coil. Have continuity tested the MCOR back to the controller, The wires to the solenoid coil, TOW/RUN switch, Forward/Reverse switch. All good. All points to the controller, but this controller is new. I just want to make sure it is a faulty controller.

are you sure that the 2 wire for the foot pedal micro is good at the MCOR. I have seen dozens of MCOR that has a good pot but a bad micro switch, Try to jump these 2 to see

The controller pulls the low (-) for the coil, but the high (+) comes from the Key On and Run tow switch in Run along with good connections at the 3 sonic welds and wiring. Need to search that one out first....

I found the problem. The green power wire that runs from the key switch was open in the wiring harness. Ran a new wire and all is good now.

Thanks for all your help.
