The PSI rating on the tire sidewall is 20 Psi so I set them all to 25 PSI

there should be two pressures on the tire , bead setting and driving

I only see one pressure rating and that is 20 PSI. Looks like a lot of folks are having bumpy tires, I hope this 25 PSI overpressure smooths it out, I normally have them at 10 PSI

Took the cart out for a short ride today to see how that overpressure in the tires worked out and it actually smoothed out the ride, it is not going bump bump bump bump it really is a much smoother ride now but it is a bit harsh. The bumping is mostly gone but i can feel every pebble in the road so I will drop the pressure down to 20 PSI and see how that works.

wear will be your next question , a simple chalk test will show how it is . simply caulk about a 2" to 3" line across the tread , drive 30 feet or so and check the caulk . center wear pressure to high , inside/outside wear pressure to low .

That is a very clever idea, now to find a piece of chalk...

Chalking the tires is just a way of telling/seeing how much of the tires treads Are contacting the pavement.
You can use the blue chalk they sell for refills for chalk lines/ strings or just wipe tire treads clean window cleaner ect. Drive cart around the block, look at how much of tires tread is contacting ground.

Just center of tire dirty,overinflated.
Entire tread width dirty, under inflated.

Tire contact patch ( all tread is dirty) increase air psi until contact pattern just starts to be less then tread width..
Usually an inch smaller the tires tread pattern is good starting point

Example 10” tire tread you want 9” of tire contacting road. Hth😊
