Re: Installing Club Car LIGHTS--2007 PRECEDENT
David:
I have it on a PDF file. Send me your email and I will send it to you. It is on Page 3. of the directions. Much better than if I had photographed. Let me know. I will try to post it here, as I see by the Posting Rules that I can post attachments. I'll try now. |

Second attempt. Above, does not look like it went thru. Rich |

I guess I was impatient. The above file clearly shows what needs to be done. Those 30 torx on the steel box took a 1 1/8" open end on my square stock screw driver after much PB BLASTER. I didn't have a ratchet drive 30 torx. I hope this saves you some work. |

What you've done is very nice.... However, that's not the factory brake light switch that you installed. It's an old style microswitch like the one used on the old DS cars. The Precedent brake switch is totally different, but hey whatever works... Looks good.

I showed you mine, now, can you show me yours? I have a second almost identical 2007 PRECEDENT club car golf cart which I will be putting on lights. I have great difficulty in communicating with Club Car dealers. Thanks again, in advance, Rich |

Can you answer my question above? I am not going to order electrical light kit until I understand what you mean: "The Precedent brake switch is totally different". P. S. for my second Precedent golf cart. Thanks, Rich Mosso |
