2000 Club Car Need to go faster
Hey all first post. I did a little seraching but only got more confused. I just purchased a club car and best I can tell by the serial number is it is a 2000 model. It is lifted with oversized tires and slow as all heck. I need ALOT more speed and torq. I use it around my community and would use to go on short shopping trips if I can get it up to speed. I was told the batteries are 2 years old but other than that I don't know much about the cart. It is more than likely all stock with the exception of the lift and tires.
Do I need a speed controller New motor or both. Looking to spend about 1k but less would definitley be good. Thanks Ken |

Re: 2000 Club Car Need to go faster
Post a bit more info about the cart and we can go from there. Like does it have a F/R lever or a switch? Is it 36 or 48V's? Post the serial # and that will give a bunch of info unless it has had some major overhauls. As Shadowman said, Scottyb can fix you up. |
