CC 2003.5 Ds IQ electric
Upgraded controller. Cart is on jacks. Motor surges up/down, up/down, etc at full throttle only. Replaced stock controller and it now does the same thing. What could have happened?

6 x 8 = 48 volts. Reading 50.+

With a new replacement motor and the wheels off the ground, the motor runs too fast at full throttle: on the ground and under load, runs fine.
