Default charging problem?

have a 94 it keeps killing batt if I go more then 1/2 hr???

well I would guess it is not charging, how about you? I would put it in maintance mode and check voltage at the battery at rest then under power

as arron said................get a voltage meter and at the battery when the cart is running you should have approx 12.7 volts and as you pressthe pedal down you should get up to approx 15.3 volts at WOT...........anything over 13.5 to 15 .7 and your ok but lower or higher than i would replace voltage regulater as long as your sure the battery is good.......................

Hello everyone, I'm a new member and new to cc gas carts. I have a 1988 cart with a rebuilt motor. How do you put a cart in maintenance mode.

Maintenance Mode / Neutral Lockout
Behind your forward/reverse shifter is a yellow cam . Pull out on it
and turn 180 degrees. Now you will only run in neutral. I use this
also as a good theft deterent.
