level 4-5 doesn't help you...
The speed limit is in the VCL code and cannot be accessed from the PC-programmer or handheld devices

Best possible quality you could imagine for a golf cart
Very reliable if you compare to the level of equipment a complexity.

I just purchased the cart a few weeks ago and was wondering if the stock motor will do 35mph without great strain on it if modified. I also have a question if anyone has done a seatbelt conversion on a Golf model. They don't make a kit from the factory for just front lap belts. My city ordinance recently changed the laws on seatbelt use.

The motor can easily do 35 mph.
The transaxle is only rated to about 32 mph. but it seems to last fine at 35 mph, a bit noisy though.

Regarding seatbelts, the Via has 3-point seatbelts as standard

So what is the process to increase the speed of the motor. I am a complete novice on golf carts. Is it purely software that does it? If what I have heard is true it's the same motor in the upper shelf Garia's just detuned less then the stock.

I am very happy that the company makes a very solid motor that is extremely conservative on the numbers.... Either way would love to correspond with fellow Garia drivers on their experience with the cart.

I was hoping to find out if any other non-LSV Garia's had had any seatbelt installed after the fact. I am trying to comply with my local city law, but I am having a hard time finding a lap belt system that would match the cart. I was hoping the manufacturer would support the steel frames, but I am having no luck in getting good info. I see pictures of the front seats of the convertibles that only have front lap belts. I was hoping the steel frame would be compatible to the aluminum for the mount areas.
